Four vehicles have been involved in a crash on the M8 motorway this morning.
The crash happened at around 6:05am on the westbound carriageway at J6A A73 Newhouse/Airdrie – affecting traffic towards Glasgow in all lanes.
Emergency services are at the scene. Drivers are diverting via the off and on slips at the junction and are warned to expect longer than normal journey times.
