One of the best British cooking shows on TV is set to return to our screens this month.
The Great British Menu sees some of the country's best, brightest and up and coming chefs go head to head to be crowned the winner for 2021.
This year, Scotland is set to be well represented with four of our top chefs taking part in the exciting series, which begins on March 24.
It is set to be an all east coast affair with chefs Roberta Hall-McCarron, Stuart Ralston, and Scott Smith representing the capital's top restaurants and Amy Elles, the pride of Fife.
Roberta, who runs Edinburgh’s The Little Chartroom, and Amy, from The Harbour Café in Fife, are making their second appearances on the show.
They'll be hoping to go one further this time around though with Amy coming runner-up for Scotland, and Roberta making it to the final in 2020.
The pair, as well as Stuart and Scott, from Aizle and Fhior in Edinburgh respectively, will join other chefs from other regions across the UK for the eight week series.
Set to air on Wednesday nights at 8pm from March 24, This year’s theme is British innovation in honour of pioneers such as Helen Sharman, the first British astronaut to go into space, and Sir Timothy Berners-Lee, who is credited with inventing the world wide web.
Presented by Andi Oliver (who takes over from Susan Calman), new judge Rachel Khoo will join the existing panel of Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort.
Speaking about this year's comp, Stuart, who also owns and runs Noto in the capital, said he was "super excited" to be part of its history.
