Four male teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of the rape of three Dublin teenagers in Wexford in July.
The alleged sexual assault happened along a busy walkway near Courtown Harbour in Gorey on Sunday, July 28 at 12.15am.
The three teens, who are all from Dublin, were allegedly set upon and sexually assaulted in the Burrow area just off the beach.
Gardai investigating the serious assault have arrested four males, one adult and three juveniles, who are currently being detained in garda stations in the South East under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994.
Courtown Harbour is popular among locals and tourists who fill the area in their droves during the summer months.
Gardai carried out forensic examination of the area on the Sunday morning and also sought CCTV footage of the entrances to the walkway.
