Four people including boy, 5, and girl, 3, seriously injured in A90 horror crash

Four people, including two young children, were seriously injured in a horror two-car crash that also sent a one-year-old to hospital.

Police Scotland have appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage following the collision on the A90 near Fraserburgh in Aberdeenshire.

A three-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy were seriously injured in the crash and taken to hospital, the force said.

A one-year-old boy was taken to hospital as a precaution.

The 50-year-old male driver of a white Audi A5 and the 27-year-old female driver of a Vauxhall Astra were also seriously hurt in the collision at about 5.50pm on Monday.

The three children were passengers in the Astra, said police, who continue to probe the cause of the crash.
