There have been four more coronavirus-related deaths recorded across hospitals in Leeds.
Deaths in the city have now almost reached 300 with the figure currently standing at 293. Deaths in the Yorkshire have now gone over 2,000 and stand at 2,002.
This comes as NHS England confirmed another 122 deaths from Covid-19 bringing the total number of deaths from the pandemic in English hospitals to 24,739.
In Leeds three deaths were recorded on Saturday, May 16 and one on Sunday, May 17.
Of the further 22 people who were confirmed to have died today, they were aged between 47 and 100 years old.
Seven of the 122 patients (aged between 50 and 85) had no known underlying health condition.
