
A STRIKE force that alleges it disrupted a major methamphetamine operation spanning from New England into the Hunter has laid more charges.
Four more people have been charged as part of the Strike Force Delisle operation that began in May.
The Coffs/Clarence Police District's Firearm and Drug Unit began the operation to investigate the manufacture and supply of prohibited drugs to areas including the Hunter Valley.
Three men were charged earlier this week and remain before the courts.
In addition, detectives arrested a 45-year-old man at a Bellingen property on Tuesday and a 35-year-old man in Coffs Harbour.
The 45-year-old was charged with more than a dozen offences. They include supply commercial quantity prohibited drug, supply indictable quantity prohibited drug and conspiracy to supply indictable quantity prohibited drug.
The younger man was charged with supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis and conspiracy to supply indictable quantity prohibited drug.
On Wednesday police charged a 22-year-old woman and a 55-year-old man in Coffs Harbour.
The woman was charged with manufacturing a large commercial quantity of prohibited drugs, supplying a commercial quantity of prohibited drugs and supplying an indictable quantity.
The 55-year-old was charged wtih two counts of supplying prohibited drug on an ongoing basis.
The younger men and woman were refused bail in court on Wednesday. They will re-appear in October.
The 55-year-old will face Coffs Harbour Local Court on Thursday.
