Four lucky neighbours are celebrating after winning £1,000 each just weeks before Christmas.
The residents on Glynne Grove, in Belle Vale, were presented with their wins on Thursday, December 10.
Living in postcode L16 2LJ, and playing the postcode lottery, is what helped them bag the incredible win.
In a statement, the Postcode Lottery spokesperson said: "The Glynne Grove neighbours netted the windfall when L16 2LJ was announced as a Daily Prize winner with People’s Postcode Lottery on Thursday 10th December 2020."
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson sent his well-wishes to the winners.
He said: "What amazing news to receive at this time of year, congratulations to our winners in Liverpool.
"I’m sure they’ll enjoy spending the cash and treat themselves to something special."
A minimum of 32% of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
This draw was promoted by Theirworld which has received over £7.3 million in funding from the players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
