Four Lions movie night to be hosted by Glasgow film club

A film screening of dark comedy classic Four Lions is set to take place in Glasgow this month.

Hosted by Yikes Film Club, the move night will include a screening of the film as well as the opportunity to get your picture taken in a rubber dingy, in homage to one of the most memorable moments in the film.

The black comedy follows a group of wannabe terrorists as they fumble their way through a plan to become suicide bombers.

Partick street raver proves Glaswegians are always happiest when the sun's out

Starring Riz Ahmed from Nightcrawler and Kayvan Novak from Fonejacker, the 2010 film was the directorial debut of Chris Morris, known as the original king of fake news through the cult classic series Brass Eye.

The movie night is taking place on Tuesday, April 30 at the Center For Contemporary Arts on Sauchiehall Street, with doors opening at 7pm.

Tickets for the event cost £4 and can be bought HERE .
