Four people have been hospitalised after a crash at Hamilton on Thursday.
Police said officers were involved in a short pursuit with a Suzuki Swift on Gordon Avenue around 11.10am before the chase was terminated. Police later came across the vehicle at the intersection fo Lawson and Denison streets where it had collided with a ute and rolled onto its side.
Two men and two women were treated by paramedics at the scene before all four were taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Two men who were travelling in the other vehicle were not injured, Police said.
Officers have established a crime scene and investigations are ongoing.
