Four hurt as wild boar hits autorickshaw

Four passengers of an autorickshaw were injured when a wild boar hit the vehicle at Ayakkad, near Vadakkanchery, on Monday night. Auto driver M. Riyas, 39, passengers K. Gopi, 48, his son G. Krishnadas, 18, and his relative P. Nijan, 17, suffered injuries after the autorickshaw overturned. They were admitted to different hospitals. The accident took place when they were returning home after watching a movie.
