A violent football fan battered three men and showered a woman in glass during an unprovoked rampage in a busy Paisley town centre pub.
The yob, who was wearing a Celtic top, battered two men, aged 44 and 50, inside The Last Post in County Square before headbutting a 44-year-old victim on his way out.
Police revealed the brute also covered a 58-year-old woman in glass after smashing a tumbler during the outburst.
Cops raced to the scene around 6.45pm on Monday after terrified staff hit the panic alarm behind the bar.
The lout, who is not know to any of his victims, sat down at a table with two men and started verbally abusing them.
He then lashed out - repeatedly punching the two victims in the face - leaving them with facial injuries.
The men did not require hospital treatment but were left shaken by their ordeal.
After the initial attack the yob began hurling furniture around the boozer .
He then threw a glass, which smashed over the woman.
As he made off from the pub he headbutted a third man, leaving him with a gash to his forehead.
The thug is described as being a white male aged between 28 and 30.
Police are scouring CCTV from the area and quizzing witnesses.
Inspector Tracy Harkins said: “This was particularly nasty as it appears to have been random. We are keen to speak to anyone who was in or close to the pub when this occurred.”
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
