Coronavirus infection rates have risen in all ten of Greater Manchester's boroughs - and have hit record high levels in four of them.
Four boroughs now have rates higher than 1,000 cases per 100,000 people for the first time since the start of the pandemic.
Trafford, Manchester, Salford and Stockport have record high cases currently.
It comes as six Manchester neighbourhoods have been revealed as 'Covid blackspots' - with some of the highest rates in the whole country.

As of the week ending December 19, Trafford still continued to have the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester.
The borough recorded a rate of 1,248.0 cases per 100,000 people in that week, according to the latest data from the UK Health Security Agency.
The lowest infection rate is in Wigan, where the rate is 646.5 cases per 100,000 people.
In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 930.9 cases per 100,000 population.
This is still lower than the national average, which is 960.1 cases per 100,000 people.
A total of 26,397 people tested positive for coronavirus across Greater Manchester in the week which ended on December 19.
The Greater Manchester weekly total has increased by 12,497 cases compared to the previous week, which means the infection rate was up 90 per cent in the last week.
The infection rate is higher than the national average in five areas of Greater Manchester. It is lower than the national average in five areas.
Hospital admissions
In the week ending on December 19, a total of 260 patients were admitted to Greater Manchester NHS hospitals with Covid-19. That is 32 more than the week before, a rise of 14%.
On Tuesday December 21, there were 31 Mechanical Ventilation (MV) beds occupied by Covid patients in Greater Manchester NHS hospitals. That is seven fewer than a week earlier.

Deaths
In the week ending December 19, a total of 42 people died within 28 days of a positive Covid test across Greater Manchester, which is 3 more than the week before.

Wigan
Wigan, which has the lowest infection rate in the region, recorded 2138 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending December 19, which is 716 more than the previous 7 days.
The coronavirus infection rate in Wigan is now 646.5 cases per 100,000 people and is up by 50 per cent week-on-week.
Rochdale
There was a rise of 41 per cent in cases in Rochdale over the week ending December 19, and the infection rate is now 681.4 cases per 100,000 population.
Rochdale recorded 1524 positive Covid-19 tests over the seven-day period, and that is 442 more than the previous week.
Bury
The trend is up in Bury, where there were 1890 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending December 19, which is 754 more than the previous 7 days. That is up by 66 per cent compared to the previous week.
The latest infection rate in Bury is 991.0 cases per 100,000 people, which is higher than the national average.
Trafford
In Trafford, there were 2965 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending December 19, which is 1235 more than the previous 7 days.
Trafford has the highest infection rate in the region. The infection rate in Trafford is up slightly compared with the previous day and the week-on-week trend is up by 71 per cent.
Oldham
Oldham is an area where the trend is up. The latest infection rate here is 673.3 cases per 100,000 people.
There were 1600 cases recorded in Oldham, which is 671 more than the previous week - a rise of 72 per cent.
Tameside
Tameside saw a total of 1728 cases in the week ending December 19, which is 848 more than the previous week. That is a rise of 96 per cent.
In Tameside, the most recent coronavirus infection rate is now 760.8 cases per 100,000 people.
Bolton
In Bolton, the number of cases is up by 83 per cent compared to the previous week - leaving the infection rate at 676.8 cases per 100,000 population.
There were 1951 positive Covid-19 tests in Bolton in the week ending December 19, which was 887 more than the previous 7 days.
Salford
In Salford, the latest infection rate is 1117.6 cases per 100,000 people and the number of cases has gone up by 107 per cent.
A total of 2936 people tested positive for Covid in Salford over the seven days ending on December 19, which is 1517 more than the week before.
Stockport
Stockport recorded 3058 coronavirus cases, which is 1508 more than in the previous seven days.
The latest infection rate in Stockport is 1039.4 cases per 100,000 people and that is up 97 per cent week-on-week.
Manchester
There were 6607 positive tests over the last week in Manchester, which is 3919 more than in the previous week.
The week-on-week trend in Manchester is up by 146 per cent and the latest infection rate is 1188.9 cases per 100,000 people.
