That’s why it’s important to make sure you’re treating yourself throughout the month to banish those blues.

It doesn't have to be anything fancy, it can even be a simple trip to the cinema or a nice bit of lunch after a shopping trip.

Head over to the GPO food hall where you’ll find a fabulous bottomless brunch deal throughout January.

The deal includes an unlimited amount of cheese on the belt, from brie to cheddar, to blue, at £20 per head per hour with a glass of prosecco.

You can upgrade to a bottle for £40 if it’s a special occasion, or you’re just thirsty.

A Veganuary treat at 200 Degrees

If you’re taking part in Veganuary this year, 200 Degrees has an amazing selection of dishes from its latest vegan menu.

Tuck into a vegan breakfast item and a coffee for £4 or a vegan sausage ciabatta if you’re feeling especially hungry.
