Four-bed family home in Nottingham goes on the market for £90k

A four-bed house that was first promoted for sale on Saturday, January 9, 2021, has become an instant 'must see' for home buyers.

The semi, which has a price tag of under £100,000, has gone up for sale with Smooth Moves in Mapperley but the agency is advising interested viewers to view the walk around video of the property first rather than rushing to view first hand, in accordance with the current Covid figures and restrictions.

Karen Eccles, sales manager at the estate agency added: "This property was uploaded to the website on Saturday afternoon and I came in to 23 enquiries at 9.00am this morning - I'm expecting the phone to be hot today".

The house stands in Pym Street, St Ann's, Nottingham and is for sale by auction - the house has a starting bid of £90,000.

Karen added: "We've decided to sell the house via the modern method of auction as we and the seller want the assurance of a quick sale."

House buyer's response to a four-bed is not surprising. According the property website Zoopla, average semi-detached house prices in this street stand at £131,682.

This property is in need of upgrading and Karen says the four-bed property may appeal to investment purchasers or those looking for a renovation project on which they can 'put their own stamp'.

Accommodation includes a hall, living room, kitchen, ground floor bathroom, WC and four bedrooms. Outside, there is a walled front garden and a south facing rear garden.
