We’re lousy with challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale right now. Not only am I still slowly making my way through Skull Trooper challenges, we just got a big new drop of ‘Fortnitemares’ challenges yesterday. But today it’s time for the old reliable: the weekly challenges that help you level up your battle pass in pursuit of that big ol’ Dire skin at the top. The Season 6, Week 5 challenges see a repeat from last season that was pretty fun at the time: the map is now populated by flaming hoops that we’ve got to jump through on Shopping CArts or ATKs. Here’s where to go to find the locations of enough hoops to fill this challenge out:

Here are 7 hoops to get you going: there are likely more, but this will complete the challenge for you:
- On a hill South of Risky Reels
- Over an RV south of Junk Junction
- Over a tree just north of
LootLeaky Lake - North of Dusty Divot
- On a hill west of retail row, over a big stack of cars
- East of Paradise Palms: this one requires building
- East of the Truck Stop in the desert biome, over a rock
And that will do it: know that despite the name of this challenge, a Quadcrasher will do the job just fine, and is likely the ideal vehicle for the situation considering its boosting ability. Just grab one of those and gun around, activating the boost as soon as you hit the ramp to ensure you’ve got enough speed to clear whatever your obstacle is. This is a fun challenge, overall, even if it is a repeat. We saw a similar thing with the Time Trials from two weeks back: an oldie but a goodie.
And that puts us halfway through Season 6, which so far has been far and away the most active season so far, even if the challenges have been a little bit hit and miss. Check back to see what happens next week, and in the meantime spend your time killing Cube Monsters in Fortnitemares.
