Another day, another Fortbyte to find in Fortnite: Battle Royale.
Added in the ninth season of the game, the Fortbyte challenges are all part of an elaborate jigsaw puzzle of sorts that’s slowly unlocking an image of Bunker Jonesy.
Fortbytes can be found across the map as daily releases, and earned for hitting various milestones in the Season 9 Battle Pass.
Today’s Fortbyte is #78 and can be found in a ranger’s tower overlooking a drained lake.
Now there aren’t many lakes, drained or otherwise, in Fortnite, but we’re still here with a guide to help you find the ranger’s tower near Loot Lake. Here it is:
Head to the tower and go upstairs and inside you’ll find the Fortbyte. No special sprays, emotes or skins are required to access it.
Once you find it, simply interact with the byte and it’s all yours. Good luck!
