Epic Games has released even more teasers for the upcoming Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 update, with leakers filling in the blanks
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 is almost upon us, and while we've already seen leaks revealing an Optimus Prime skin and had Epic Games releasing a teaser earlier this week confirming the rumoured jungle biome, even more has come out about the upcoming season. Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 comes to an end this Friday, June 9, so make sure you've unlocked the Eren Jaeger skin and Fortnite x Across the Spider-Verse content before then.
The new batch of reveals started with Epic Games releasing another teaser on its @FortniteGame Twitter account which shows the map crumbling away and revealing that the new Jungle Biome seems to take up the middle portion of the map in a huge chasm.
The teaser also gave us our first look at some of the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass skins, who were then formally introduced in a follow-up Tweet. Era, Trace, Rian and Lorenzo are the stars of the new season, with Era and Trace retaining the neo-Japan style seen throughout Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Meanwhile, Rian and Lorenzo fully embrace the jungle theme. This art also shows off the Revolver seen in the previously leaked artwork.
Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR has also confirmed that the full reveal of the new season in the form of a story or battle pass trailer will debut during this weeks Summer Game Fest showcase.
Autobots, engage
We have some bad news for those Transformers fans who are excited for the Fortnite Optimus Prime skin, you're going to have to put the work in. Things started when Epic Games posted a Tweet urging players to take a guess at what the Tier 100 skin will be in the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass. The official Transformers account didn't take long to respond with a pair of shifty eyes (in Emoji form), implying that the leader of the Autobots will be the grand prize of the upcoming battle pass.
This was later confirmed by another Fortnite leaker HYPEX who Tweeted out that Optimus Prime will in fact be the Tier 100 skin for the battle pass. Meaning it'll probably be a few weeks before most players have the skin. Although we're sure someone will have completed all 100 levels of the battle pass within a day of it being available, knowing Fortnite players.
