Fortnite is back with another “find the letters” challenge for the first time in…I don’t even know how long. It has been ages since we were asked to spell out F-O-R-T-N-I-T-E with letters all over the map, but now that challenge has returns with a shorter word, “N-O-M-S.”

This time around, things are different. The introduction of multi-stage challenges has made this a five part process, as you have to find each individual letter in a new location across the newly snowbound map. For some reason, the letters are not in order, meaning that you’re first asked to search for the letter ‘O’ to the west of Pleasant Park. But how far west, and where? Well, that’s what this guide is for.
You’re looking for an old factory/house/I’m not exactly sure what the building is to the west of Pleasant south of a large hill:
Once you’re there, the letter is not inside the house, but actually around the side next a dumpster. Yes this dude in the picture is trying to kill me because he’s a jerk and he knows we’re going for the same challenge. I hate you:
If you’re still not sure where this is, here’s what the area looks like on the map. I am…genuinely not sure if I’ve ever been to this spot before, but hey there’s a first time for everything I guess:
After that, you’re going to be asked to hunt down the remaining three letters, out of order, that will end up spelling NOMS when unscrambled. They will take you all over the map, including under the frozen lake, which if you haven’t been to the frozen remains of Greasy Grove yet, is quite an experience.
