‘Fortnite’ Bifrost Marks Locations: Where To Visit Bifrost Marks As Thor

It is not enough only to wield Mjolnir, one must also stand by some Bifrost Marks. I don’t make the rules here, nor do I particularly understand them, but I do know how to read challenge descriptions here in Fortnite. If you bought the battle pass for Season 4 and you are looking to find the Bifrost Marks for Thor’s Awakening challenges, I’ve got you covered.

There is a little marker on the map for the challenges now, but they only give you the general area of where to go. If you know what to look for, you can see them on the map too: a bunch of little circles that look somewhat out of place. They’re near the new Sentinel Graveyard, and not too far from the hammer. Here’s where you want to look:

I’d recommend grabbing Mjolnir and these runes in one fell swoop: the rest of these challenges require you to go step-by-step, but these are the only two that you can do in one match. Regardless, all you’ve got to do is don the Thor skin and run over by the runes: you’ll get a sound cue and the challenge will complete. I then jumped off the side of the mountain because I’ve got more challenges to do, but you may not wind up being quite so reckless.

These Awakening challenges remind me a little bit of the Prisoner questline from Chapter 1, Season 7, which remains one of my favorite things this game has ever done with its challenges. It’s a way of telling a small little story, however, thin, in the context of a battle royale match, and I still like it whenever Epic finds a way to do that.

There’s one more step in Thor’s Awakening, and it, appropriately, involves a mountaintop. These challenge shave been a fun way to spend a morning, and I’m excited to see what they look like when we start doing them with other characters as the weeks go on. This is already shaping up to be an impressive season, even if I do prefer Epic’s own designs as a rule of thumb.
