Fort William tell their Ultras to beat it but will allow misbehaving fans back in 'with a parent'

Highland League side Fort William have warned their misbehaving Ultras they are no longer welcome at Claggan Park unless they are accompanied 'by a parent'.

Sick and tired chairman Peter Murphy took to social media to tell their more lively supporters he was taking a strong stance.

But The Fort chief admits serial offenders will be allowed back if they bring their mum and dad along to keep them in check.

The statement read: "Following unacceptable behaviour of The Ultras supporters group over a number of games this season we have taken the decision to ban this group from home games.

"They will be able to gain entry individually if accompanied by a parent."

Fort William, subject of a BBC documentary last year, remain rooted to the bottom of the Highland League but all hope isn't lost as they have a remarkable seven games in hand on Lossiemouth who are just two points above them in the table.
