A swansong of Michelin star chefs will be cooking at Silverstone this year to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the British Grand Prix.
London stalwarts Andrew Wong and Angela Hartnett will be joined by Paul Ainsworth of No.6 in Cornwall, Lisa Goodwin-Allen from Northcote in Lancashire, and Yorkshire’s finest Tommy Banks, best known for the Black Swan, Oldstead.
The chefs will be hosting pop-ups on the Octane Terrace, Silverstone’s hospitality suite that overlooks the inside track at the fastest part of the Formula 1 circuit.

Guests who book the terrace may eat and drink as much as they like, with the chefs putting on famous dishes from their restaurants alongside others created just for the race.
Menus have not yet been released but diners should expect top Italian dishes from Hartnett, the chef behind Murano in Mayfair, and the finest Cantonese cooking from Wong whose eponymous restaurant in Pimlico boasts two stars.
There will also be live music from Sigala after the race and an after party on July 5.
Prices aren’t cheap: packages on the Octane Terrace start at £1,795, though these bring two days of access and unlimited food and drink. The more budget conscious have the option of paying £555 for a Saturday trip or £1,455 on Sunday, when the race takes place.
