After seven consecutive trips to the postseason, the Golden State Warriors’ playoff streak is over in 2020. Before the NBA season was put on pause due to the coronavirus pandemic, Golden State’s chances of the playoffs were decided when they stamped the worst record in the league.

While his former teammates were at home, Andre Iguodala laced up for the Miami Heat in game one of their Eastern Conference playoff series against the Indiana Pacers.
The 2015 NBA Finals Most Valuable Player recorded four points, two blocks and a rebound in 25 minutes off the bench. One of Iguodala’s buckets came on an alley-oop from Heat rookie Tyler Herro.

While his stats may not jump off the boxscore, Iguodala played a vital role down the stretch. With the Heat clinging to a one-point lead heading into the fourth quarter, Iguodala played every minute for Erik Spoelstra in the final period. The Heat outscored the Pacers 32-21 in the fourth quarter to seal a game one victory against Indiana, 113-101.
Jimmy Butler and Goran Dragic led the way for the Heat, with each tallying 24 or more points against T.J. Warren and the Pacers.

Iguodala and the Heat will be back on the court at the Disney World campus on Thursday for game two against the Pacers.
