Former Warrior Andre Iguodala contributes off the bench in Heat’s Game 2 victory vs. Pacers

While the Golden State Warriors have turned the page to draft season, 16 teams are battling inside the Orlando Bubble’s edition of the postseason.

Although Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green aren’t on the court, a few of their former championship teammates are helping their new squads in the playoffs. While there’s no basketball on the schedule in the Bay Area, Warriors Wire is checking in on former members of the Golden State Warriors in the postseason dance.

On Thursday, Golden State’s former NBA Finals Most Valuable Player suited up for the Miami Heat. Coming off a win in the series’s opening game, Andre Iguodala tallied 28 minutes off the bench against the Indiana Pacers in game two.

Iguodala recorded seven points on 3-of-4 shooting from the field with one 3-pointer. The veteran forward added two rebounds, two blocks, an assist and a steal. For the second straight playoff contest, Iguodala played the entirety of the fourth quarter for Erik Spoelstra.
