Former Viking Mike Harris to be an NFL uniform inspector at U.S. Bank Stadium

After playing for the Vikings from 2014-15, guard Mike Harris is back in the game.

No, not as a player. After being with the Vikings in 2015, Harris never played an NFL game again.

In 2019, though, Harris will be an NFL uniform inspector for games played at U.S. Bank Stadium.

“I’m just excited,” Harris said via the Pioneer Press. “I’m officially on the NFL payroll again, which feels good.”

Harris will be replacing former Vikings defensive back John Swain.

A cool thing for Harris to stay involved in the game, for his former team.

Harris will be the inspector for away teams, while former Vikings punter and radio announcer Greg Coleman will inspect for the Vikings.
