Former US President Bill Clinton will visit Edinburgh with his daughter Chelsea in April next year.
The Clintons will be in the Scottish capital for a meeting of their student leadership programme at Edinburgh University.
The Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U) programme will have its first meeting outside the United States, with some of the world's top academics and influencers speaking at the event.
It will be hosted at the university, and students will discuss how to solve social and anvironmental issues affecting the world.
Clinton said: "For twelve years, students from across the world have been working to change their communities and change the world through CGI U.
"CGI U is a platform for these up-and-coming student leaders to connect with experts, explore funding and resources for their projects; and inspire their peers.
"We are thrilled to join with the University of Edinburgh next year as we host our first-ever international CGI U meeting."
More than 600 students will be coming to the CGI U meeting on April 16 and 17, 2020.
Bill Clinton visited Edinburgh 2013, speaking at the Scottish Business Awards, while Barack Obama was in the city in 2017.
Former First Lady Michelle Obama also visited Edinburgh last year.
