Former UGA LB Jake Ganus tweets advice for defensive recruits

Recently, former UGA linebacker Jake Ganus took to Twitter to give UGA’s newest recruits some valuable advice as they approach the college level.

Ganus played at UGA for one year in 2015 after transferring from UAB. He was a fan favorite in Athens where he provided high intensity and solid play on the field, as well as a great deal of football knowledge, as proven by the technical advice in the tweet. With the Dawgs, Ganus recorded 101 tackles and had two interceptions.

He is the current linebackers coach at Thompson High School in Alabama.

Hopefully this advice will be taken to heart by UGA’s incoming recruiting class as they prepare to be a part of one of the nation’s best programs.
