NEW YORK _ A former campaign adviser to presumptive Republican Presidential candidate Donald J. Trump won a ruling temporarily blocking the campaign from pursuing an arbitration claim seeking $10 million for breaching a confidentiality clause.
Sam Nunberg, a former campaign consultant, was accused by Trump of leaking information about a shouting match between two top campaign officials to The New York Post. Trump is seeking $10 million from Nunberg for allegedly violating a clause in his agreement with the campaign.
Nunberg's attorney called the legal proceeding a "holy war" against his client.
