Former TOWIE star Nicole Bass announces she is pregnant with her first child

Former TOWIE star Nicole Bass has announced she is pregnant with her first child.

The television personality, 30, took to Instagram on Tuesday evening to share her exciting news alongside a sweet video where she showed her positive pregnancy test and growing baby bump.

Nicole, who was axed from the show last year, captioned the post: "Half of you & half of me. Baby Beasley due October 2022, daddy & me can’t wait to hold you.

"We are so happy our hearts are full, baby you are so loved already. Anyone who knows me personally, knows I have dreamed of this moment to have a family of my own, to have a family with the love of my life & the most amazing partner a girl could only wish for is a dream come true. I love you both dearly".

The television personality, who rose to fame on the 2017 series of Ex On The Beach, has been with her boyfriend for more than two years.

In her pregnancy announcement video she shared several loved-up snaps as well as clips of her blossoming bump and the moment she told her mother she was having a baby.

A slew of Nicole's reality star pals soon took to the comment section to congratulate her.

Demi Sims wrote: "Congratulations Nicole!!! So happy for you", while Courtney Green added: "Congratulations".

Casey Batchelor chimed: "Awww huge congratulations, beautiful news".

Nicole was one of 10 TOWIE cast members who were axed from the show last year.

Back in December the television personality said she would never return to the ITVBe programme during a Q and A on her Instagram stories.

News of the cast's streamlining came after reality show bosses revealed that they would be focusing on a smaller cast.

"After more than 10 fabulous years following the lives of our ever-growing cast, TOWIE will be evolving with some changes," a statement read on social media.

"As it looks ahead to future series, focusing on a smaller group allows our cast more time to film their real lives.

"[And] showing more of their personal passions and professions, alongside their strong bonds and dynamics with family and friends."

On her Instagram stories, Nicole wrote of her exit: "I will not be on the next series of TOWIE. To be honest, anyone who knows me on a personal level knows I'm the happiest I've ever been I'm settled in a happy relationship with my partner who I've been with a long time and that's where my heart was during the show.

She added: "I'm not on the negative vibes. I'm not at that stage in my life no more. I went on to be with Olivia & Clee and she got her own show that very same month. My group of girls are not a part of the show either. I will miss a selective few though".

Nicole previously dated Sam Mucklow, who also starred on the show.
