Former Tennessee Titans wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham is now facing new charges shortly after being released from jail.
Per Harrison Keegan of the Springfield News-Leader, Green-Beckham is now dealing with charges related to a drug arrest in December when a house he was present at was raided by police.
After the arrest, the former wideout was sentenced to 90 days behind bars.
On Thursday, he was arrested for drug charges and evading arrest.
According to a statement from The Springfield Police Department, the Special Response Team raided the home roughly 15 minutes after Green-Beckham arrived, and then he allegedly jumped out through a window, then was tased and arrested.
The statement also says the 26-year-old had two small bags of marijuana in his pocket, each weighing about 5 grams.
With this, Green-Beckham faces up to a year in jail, along with up to a $500 fine for the marijuana possession charge.
It is also believed that the bag Green-Beckham had with him also contained vape cartridges in addition to about a pound of marijuana, but he was not charged with that.
The main target of the raid, Keenan Brown, faces up to 10 years in prison with a felony drug charge.
