Former Tennessee Titans wide receiver Devin Ross has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
To make room for him, the team waived guard Johnny Gibson, who they signed ahead of OTAs.
Ross, who was undrafted out of Colorado last year, was on the Titans’ practice squad.
The 5-9, 192-pounder reeled in 140 receptions for 1,621 yards and nine touchdowns on his college career.
After previously being released, Ross was re-signed by the Titans at the end of 2018 on a futures deal, but was waived once more two weeks ago.
With the move, the Eagles now have 13 wide receivers.
