Former Titans RB Chris Johnson takes shot at Jaguars

It’s no secret the rivalry between the Tennessee Titans and the Jacksonville Jaguars is a heated one. If anything, it has become even more so over recent seasons.

While there’s plenty of intensity on the field, even former players continue to fuel the fire.

Former Titans running back Chris Johnson took to Twitter on Monday evening, quoting a fan’s video to take a small jab at the AFC South rival.

When Titans rusher Derrick Henry rushed for 238 yards against the Jaguars in 2018, it broke Johnson’s previous single game franchise record of 228 yards.

Johnson’s record was also set against the Jaguars.

Dating back to 1995, the Titans’ all-time record against the Jaguars currently stands at 29-20. In the past pair of seasons, Tennessee’s record against the team is 25-18.

So while the Titans have not drastically outdone the Jaguars based on those numbers alone, it’s clear who the more dominant team between the two is.
