Justin Jackson, who spent most of this season with the Oklahoma City Thunder, has signed a contract with the Milwaukee Bucks, the Bucks announced on Wednesday.
Jackson was waived by the Thunder on April 5 after appearing in 33 games for OKC. His playing time was sporadic, and he averaged 7.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists over 16.5 minutes per game. He shot 40.6% from the field and 30.6% from 3.
The Bucks signed Jackson to a two-way deal. The 26-year-old now joins his fourth team in four seasons. He started with the Sacramento Kings before being traded to the Dallas Mavericks. This offseason, he was traded to the Thunder.
After his signing with the Bucks was announced, Jackson tweeted his reaction.

He’ll have a chance to fight for a role on an NBA Finals contender. The Milwaukee Bucks, who as of Thursday morning were in third place and 3.5 games back from the Eastern Conference-leading Philadelphia 76ers, are hoping to make a deeper run for a championship.
The Bucks and Sixers face off in back-to-back games on Thursday and Saturday.
Because Jackson was waived by the Thunder prior to April 9, he is eligible to play in the postseason, should he still be on the Bucks roster when the playoffs roll around.
