Former teenage ISIL members join rehab programme in Iraq

Former teenage ISIL members join rehab programme in Iraq

Al Jazeera has been given rare access to a detention centre in northern Iraq, housing teenagers accused or convicted of committing crimes for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group.

They were arrested by security forces in the semi-autonomous Kurdish region over the past two years.

Al Jazeera's Natasha Ghoneim met some of them in Erbil, Iraq - where they're taking part in a rehabilitation programme to turn their lives around.
