Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Ian Waite prompted gasps from the It Takes Two crew after making a joke about Zoe Ball's weight tonight.
The pro, 48, often appears on the spin-off show to take part in 'Choreography Corner' and was previously paired up with Zoe during the third series of Strictly.
Zoe introduced Ian on tonight's programme, saying: "It's Ian! Looking a bit like Johnny in Dirty Dancing."
As she gestured to his open-necked, tight white shirt and black trousers, he said: "It's a strong look!"
"It is a strong look," she agreed. "He's going to lift me up in a minute! It's going to be amazing."
Ian cheekily quipped: "I'm not that strong!"
The camera crew gasped, with some shouting: "Oooh!"
"He's got a point, I am 12 stone," Zoe laughed.
Ian seemed to feel a little guilty and apologised: "I'm so sorry."
"We have tried," Zoe told viewers as she smiled, not taking offence.
