Former Steeler Ryan Clark shares personal perspective after Damar Hamlin injury

The incident forced the postponement of the game which sent the ESPN team into action to fill in that time while awaiting the decision and then after the fact to offer some insight on what had happened and speculate about what this means going forward.

But there was nothing more moving from the broadcast than when former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark talked about his own football-related medical scare from 2007. Clark suffered a splenic infarction shortly after playing the Denver Broncos that kept him hospitalized for a month.
