Former SevenCapital director launches new property investment firm

A new investment group has been launched by a well-known figure in Birmingham's property sector.

Joseph Mews has been set up by former SevenCapital director Andy Foote who formerly led the distribution side of the property developer as SevenInvest.

The new company, which is based in Jewellery Quarter, is already working alongside developers on a trio of new residential projects and will also provide market research and investment consultancy to clients.

Mr Foote is well known within the Midlands, having led Birmingham-based SevenCapital's distribution team through more than £900 million in sales over the past eight years.

Joseph Mews will sit within his existing group of companies including recruitment firm Alexander Daniels, BMS Land Development, estate agency Nub & Ho Properties and The Brain Tumour Charity whose forerunner he set up following the death of his son nine-year-old Joseph in 2007 from a brain tumour.

Mr Foote, who has also named the new company in his son's memory, said: "Myself and the team are incredibly excited to be taking on this new challenge which will allow us to extend our reach to new audiences and partners around the globe while providing an outstanding standard of care and exceptional investment opportunities for clients.

"Our focus will be on delivering quality developments alongside quality developers, working closely with capable and trusted partners to bring the most exciting projects to our investors."
