Former ‘Seinfeld’ star absolutely wiped out after dropping puck at Devils game

David Puddy was a huge New Jersey Devils fan back in the day. Sure, he was also a fictional character on the legendary show “Seinfeld” but he was also a really, really big, face-painting fan of the hockey team and loved to preach that “nobody beats the Devils!”

The actor who played Puddy, Patrick Warburton, made an appearance at Tuesday night’s Penguins-Devils game to drop the first puck in celebration of 90’s night in New Jersey and it was great, as he was fired up and the crowd loved it.

He even raised $25,000 for charity in making his appearance.

But it ended with this painful fall as he left the ice:

Puddy, er, Warburton shook that off pretty well, though, because nothing can slow down or embarrass a face painter.
