Ex-international Don Hutchison has fumed over Scott McTominay's role in Scotland's midfield, insisting he was deployed too deep against Morocco.

On social media platform X, the 55-year-old said, "Could do a 20min analysis on Scott McTominay picking the ball up off the back 3. If I was playing, I'd be telling him to f**k off higher up the pitch. McLean, McGinn, Ferguson etc can all get the ball deep.
"It either comes from the coach or the players to tell him!!"
