Former rector Rangsan dies aged 73

Former Ramkhamhaeng University rector Rangsan Saengsuk has died of lung cancer at the age of 73.

He was pronounced dead at Bangkok Hospital at 8.05pm on Tuesday. 

Bathing rites will be held at Wat Nuanchan, Sala 1 starting at 4.30pm today. Prayers will be held from Thursday until Dec 12, starting at 7pm.

Rangsan was rector of Ramkhamhaeng University for four terms before his retirement in 2007. He also served as a senator, a member of the National Legislative Assembly and in other important posts.
