Last offseason, the Raiders signed cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie to help shore up their secondary. But after the team struggled out of the gate, he retired midway through the season. Despite playing well for Oakland, Rodgers-Cromartie decided to walk away from the game.
However, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Rodgers-Cromartie is making a return to the NFL.
Could the Raiders be interested in a reunion? Probably not as the team wants to get younger at cornerback. However, don’t be surprised if the team does have interest in the former Pro Bowl cornerback.
