Former Ohio State linebacker Dante Booker signed by Cardinals as undrafted free agent

We continue to get news about some of the undrafted free agent signings after all the NFL Draft shenanigans and we have another signing to report. We already provided information on the trio of Johnnie Dixon, Malcolm Pridgeon and Demetrius Knox receiving contracts.

Now we’re happy to report that former linebacker Dante Booker has also signed on and will attempt to further his career as an undrafted free agent with the Arizona Cardinals.

Booker was Ohio’s Mr. Football back in 2013 and came to Columbus with a ton of hype. Unfortunately though, he had to fight through injuries most of his career. He had knee and shoulder issues that didn’t let him see significant game action until this past season. He has all the tools, and if he can show-out in training camp and on the practice squad, he might be able to elbow his way into a career at the NFL level.
