Urban Meyer may not be the head coach at Ohio State any longer, but he sure has kept himself busy after riding off into the sunset in the Pasadena night last January. So far he has become the Associate Athletic Director at OSU, been announced as a expert analyst on Fox’s new college football pregame show, decided to open up a restaurant, and now this.
According to Meyer’s Twitter feed, he is going to co-host a podcast with friend and leadership guru Timothy Kite. The first podcast is to take place this Wednesday, July 10 and be titled Focus 3 Podcast.
According to the announcement, the podcast will focus on “building elite leadership, culture and behavior in teams and organizations.”

Meyer first met Kite when he invited him to speak to the Ohio State football team in 2014 and adopted many of the principles he taught about effort and leadership. Meyer often points to that training as an integral part in that year’s team overcoming adversity to make a run to the national championship.
