Former Nottingham Forest striker reveals why he 'doesn't like' Derby County after scoring winner

Former Nottingham Forest loan striker Billy Sharp has lashed out at Derby County fans after scoring for Sheffield United against them today.

The 35-year-old netted a penalty in the 90th minute to secure the three points for his side at Bramall Lane.

In his post-match interview, ex- Forest man Sharp snapped at the Derby fans after they targeting him with chants throughout the game.

He revealed he was "delighted" to have scored against Derby because he "doesn't like them".

"I wish I could play against them every week," he told SUTV after the game.

"I think their fans were disrespectful to me today. I don't mind stick but if they're going to give me that all game, they deserve that back.

"I'm delighted I scored against them because I don't like them."

Meanwhile, Forest head coach Steve Cooper was unable to provide a definitive update on Lewis Grabban after he came off injured in the 27th minute against Millwall today.

"We don't know yet. He's come off with a thigh injury, I think, I'm yet to see the medics just yet," Cooper said after the match.

"Lewis is a really important player for us. I know enough about him from playing against him for a couple of seasons and even before that.

"We have to get the best out of him and we have to get lots of players up the pitch and be creating good chances because if we do I think he's as good as anyone in the league to get onto the end of them. He nearly did that early on.

"Hopefully it's not too bad but we'll see going forward."
