Former Nottingham Forest boss Steve McClaren is in danger of losing his job at Queens Park Rangers, following an embarrassing defeat to relegation-threatened Bolton Wanderers, the Times have reported.
QPR were beaten 2-1 at Loftus Road by a Bolton side who, despite victory, are still five points from safety in the Championship.
The 57-year-old has not managed a win as Hoops boss since the end of February.

McClaren enjoyed great success as Sir Alex Ferguson's number two at Manchester United before leading Middlesbrough to a League Cup victory and a UEFA Cup place in his first managerial role.

After a failed spell as England manager and stints in Germany and Holland, McClaren succeeded Billy Davies as Forest manager, but only lasted 13 games.
