Sean Strickland, a UFC star who was once a neo-Nazi, has viciously knocked out a training partner with a headkick during a sparring session.
The UFC middleweight, who is ranked No.7 in the world, has become infamous for his wacky interviews and intense attitude towards sparring and fighting.
Despite fighting at 185lb, or 80lb lighter than the heavyweight limit, he often asks to spar with huge fighters like Francis Ngannou and Roy Nelson.
However, in footage from a recent training session, Strickland can be seen working with a smaller fighter, whom he piles the pressure on before finishing with a devastating headkick KO.
Strickland, who has previously admitted to going through a "weird neo-Nazi, white supremacist phase" during his youth that saw him kicked out of school for hate crimes, is one of the more enigmatic fighters in MMA.
He has been known to jump around from gym to gym due to his erratic nature, with Xtreme Couture his general base.
But the knockout in question happened at Steel MMA in San Diego, where Strickland was training in a ring with a partner who wasn't wearing headgear.
They were both wearing shinpads, but clearly the power of Strickland's shot was too much for the unnamed sparring partner to handle, and he was viciously knocked out.
Strickland is a month out from his next octagon outing, where he will face Jack Hermansson at. UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas on February 5.
He is a favourite to get past the Norwegian and continue his five-fight win streak, which includes a victory over Uriah Hall in his last fight back in July.
Strickland opened up about his white supremacist past in an interview with MMA Fighting last year, saying his grandfather was a big influence in his thinking.
“My grandfather was like this big big piece of s***," Strickland said. "Like when you’re a kid though, you don’t see that, you hero worship. He just kind of liked filled your head with crazy s***."
"You’re in seventh grade spouting off like Nazis... you don’t even know what that means, but you hear it.

“He was a massive figure that wasn’t my dad. That identity consumed me. I was drawing swastikas on my arm walking around in school. Like, I didn’t know what the f*** that was."
The fighter has constantly courted controversy for his antics and at times deranged rhetoric, including saying that he wants to kill people outside of the cage.
He has promised to seek help once his career is over, which is likely a long way away given he is just 30-years-old.
“I like it," he continued. "I like when I leave my house, the potential thought of ‘maybe I can kill someone'.
"After I’m done with MMA, I probably will work on rewiring my brain and maybe finding more value for human life, maybe try to connect more with people.
"But now, I f***ing like it. I f***ing enjoy it, you know?”
