- Lorrayne Mavromatis, the former head of Instagram for MrBeast's production company, Beast Industries, has filed a federal lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, demotion, and wrongful termination.
- Mavromatis claims she was demoted after complaining about unwanted sexual comments and was later fired less than three weeks after returning from maternity leave, having been pressured to work during her leave, including from the delivery room.
- The lawsuit alleges that top leadership, including MrBeast's cousin and CEO at-the-time James Warren, made inappropriate comments, and that the company's employee handbook contained problematic sections like 'No Does Not Mean No'.
- Mavromatis states she was excluded from meetings, ignored when raising concerns about male colleagues' behaviour, and was told by Warren that MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) gets 'awkward around beautiful women'.
- Beast Industries has denied the allegations, calling them 'deliberate misrepresentations' and stating they have extensive evidence to refute the claims.
