Former Manchester United star Ryan Giggs has stepped down as a director of the developer behind a £200m mixed-use scheme in Manchester.
Newly filed documents with Companies House show that Mr Giggs is no longer a board member at Jacksons Row Developments, which was established in 2010.
The former Wales international left his role in November 2020, according to the documents.
Jacksons Row Developments is behind the St Michael's scheme which includes a 41-storey tower with 191 hotel rooms and 181 flats.
Designed by Hodder+Partners, the site is based on Jackson’s Row off Deansgate and also includes about 160,000 sq ft of offices.
Gary Neville and Brendan Flood are still directors of the company.
Mr Giggs is currently under investigation by Greater Manchester Police after he was arrested on suspicion of assault in November 2020.

He denies any wrongdoing and his bail was extended last month to May 1. He is also on leave from his job as Wales manager.
Jacksons Row Developments is a member of the St Michael’s Partnership alongside Manchester City Council and Singaporean funder Rowsley.
Laing O’Rourke is the lead contractor for the project which has gone through a number of changes since plans were first unveiled in July 2016 when it featured two high-rise, black clad towers reaching 29 and 39 storeys respectively.
