Jose Mourinho has been backed to return to management at Everton following a flurry of bets on the former Manchester United boss taking over at Goodison Park were placed overnight.
Paddy Power have cut the Portuguese from 12/1 to 4/1 to replace Marco Silva and make Everton the next stop in his managerial career.
However, Paris Saint-Germain are still favourites to appoint Mourinho as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel with the German currently priced at 11/8.

Elsewhere, a return to former club Inter Milan is currently priced at 9/2, while Lyon and Monaco are rated 4/1 and 8/1 respectively.
Spokesman Paddy Power said: “We’ve seen a large number of bets on Jose Mourinho making a shock return to the Premier League overnight, with bettors backing him to move to Everton.

Mourinho has repeatedly been linked with the Everton job in recent weeks, despite the Blues not currently being on the lookout for a new manager.
The Toffees only brought Silva to Goodison Park last summer after the sacking of Sam Allardyce - with he and new director of football Marcel Brands embarking on a long-term project to bring the club back to the top.
