Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho asked about future after Champions League final

Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger both batted away speculation about their managerial futures, in the wake of the Champions League final between Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

The two legendary managers were working as pundits for the game, which finished at the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid.

Former Manchester United boss Mourinho has been linked with the current vacancy at Juventus, having previously been linked with a return to management at former club Real Madrid and jobs at Lyon and Celtic. He was sacked by United in December last year and replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Asked by beINSports about their futures, Mourinho responded: "No, we are not here to speak about it, we are here to speak about it (the Champions League final) and not about us."

Wenger then said: "You want to finish with some news?

"I'm very generous and I would love to give you what you want, but I cannot give to you what you want, because I don't know."

Mourinho then hinted that he could remain in punditry rather than returning to the dugout.

He smiled and added: "If we go back to football, we can not be with you (doing punditry).

"So if you want us to be with you a few more times...it's better that we don't go back to football."
