Developers interested in the three-storey detached property in Meadow Road in Harborne, Birmingham, are advised it needs a “complete renovation”.

As well as a health warning, it also comes with extensive land to the side and rear which could be developed.

It will have a guide price of £795,000 when it goes under the hammer on Thursday, March 30, Birmingham Live reported.
